Estimate~~FREE~~30-minute walkthrough to see how much needs to be done and how to customize the cleaning service. Also, to see if a Modified Deep Clean and specific cleaning needs are needed. All costs will be discussed upfront and before doing anything.

Basic Cleaning~ $80-$120~~ Scrub and sanitize bathrooms and kitchen. Dust, vacuum, and mop. Clean entryway, door glass, and sliding doors. Do dishes if they are in the sink. Change linens if fresh are left out.

Modified Deep Clean~( Occupied Homes)~ $150

Floor to Ceiling. Everything is cleaned.  Bathrooms, kitchen, doors, and jambs, baseboards~that can be reached, interior windows, sills and tracks, light fixtures, switch plates, and outlets.

Deep Clean~~Move In/Move Out~~(Unoccupied) ~$150 and Up~~Floor to Ceiling. Everything is cleaned.  Bathrooms, kitchen appliances including in and out and behind,  cupboards inside and out, walls, doors, and jambs, baseboards, interior windows, sills and tracks, light fixtures, switch plates, and outlets.

Window Cleaning~~$150 and up~~Clean windows sills and tracks. The screens will be brushed.
