The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

How long until I can get an estimate?We will get back to you as quickly as possible. Most estimates are scheduled within a day or two from when you first contact us usually in the evening. A basic cleaning appointment will be scheduled within a week of the estimate.

How much notice do you need if I need to cancel my appointment?We need 48 hours notice prior to the appointment. There will be a fee of $25, unless you reschedule later in the week.

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.

Do you wash windows?We do interior windows as part of our deep clean service, however, we will let you know about any extreme situation at the estimate appointment. Complete window washing is a separate service.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept cash, check, money order, and online payments through our Facebook page. You can leave payment in a designated spot for me to pick up. We requet payment on the day of the appointment.
